Benedictine College – Career Fair Planning

As an intern, led the planning and execution of the Annual Fall Career Fair. Designed marketing materials, recruited exhibitors and volunteers, and managed day-of logistics.

Managed $10,000 event budget
Trained intern replacment

LULAC National Educational Service Center – Mentorship Program

Designed and executed a federally funded mentorship and career exploration program for middle school students. Managed curriculum, mentor recruitment, and compliance reporting.

Managed $150,000 budget across two academic years
